Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: At Austin Deaf Club, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to provide flexibility for our valued customers. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following Cancellation: 1. Cancellation Policy: Full Refund (100%): Cancellations made 48-72 hours or more prior to the scheduled rental date will receive a full refund. No Refund: Cancellations made within 12 hours or less of the scheduled rental date are not eligible for a refund. Please note that the price is not finalized, the price will be finalized with 50 dollar security deposit and you may pay your remaining amount at the checkout or in person.
